Nicole Van Peursem
As digital marketing manager, Nicole Van Peursem is responsible for delivering excellence across our digital communications. She focuses on brand building, messaging, and demand generation activities. Joining our team was a perfect fit for Nicole, who eagerly embraced the challenge of launching a new product in the competitive world of digital health by leveraging Milliman’s respected brand.
Prior to joining the Milliman HealthIO team, Nicole worked for Sikich LLP, where she managed multiple projects and helped clients bring their brand and messaging into strategic alignment.
Previously, she was senior marketing manager with Vogel Consulting Group, developing their marketing communications strategy. She also acted as a liaison with industry affiliation groups and influential thought leaders in the family office space. Her first exposure to professional services marketing was with Arthur Andersen LLP. Nicole began her career with Harley-Davidson Motor Company, eventually moving to Harley-Davidson Financial Services, where she brought her talents to dealership programs, product management, and new business development.
Nicole earned her BA from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her volunteer work includes mentoring high school students through the LAUNCH Program, by encouraging their creativity in business-related projects.
During her downtime, you can find Nicole at the gym perfecting her yoga practice. She firmly believes that the best healthcare starts with good nutrition, regular movement, and a positive mindset.
