As the head of Milliman HealthIO’s marketing and customer success teams, Paras is responsible for the strategic development of our B2B and B2C brands and engagement. His passion for improving healthcare is evident in his approach to educating the marketplace and turning customers and end-users into brand champions.
Paras began his career as a software engineer with IBM, giving him a unique insight into our digital health solution and its feature set. He then moved on to consulting roles with Deloitte, and Infosys. Most recently, Paras has brought his technology and data-driven marketing insights to Capital One and Cigna. He has successfully launched marketing and engagement teams for new start-ups embedded in established companies.
Becoming part of the HealthIO family was an easy decision for Paras. His unswerving commitment to fixing the broken healthcare industry aligned well with our mission to enable a predictive, preventive, empowering approach to health.
Paras earned his BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University and his MBA, Marketing and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. In his downtime, Paras is a budding hiker, who finds training for each hike as enjoyable as the hike itself.
