Heading up our user experience (UX) efforts, Scott Robinson brings more than 30 years of design talent to Milliman HealthIO. He is responsible for ensuring the interactions between our product and end-users are intuitive, seamless, accessible, and satisfying.
Scott’s attention to detail and understanding of consumer behavior makes him a tireless advocate for members of the HealthIO program. He takes great pride in using his talents to help people establish and maintain healthy habits using our digital health app and personalized portal. Scott is excited to be a part of our mission to move away from the healthcare industry paradigm (treatment after illness) toward preventive health.
Before joining our team, Scott has brought his UX skills to several high profile healthcare companies, including GE Healthcare and Marquette Electronics. His design career has included developing hardware and software to fight hypertension and diabetes.
Scott earned his degree from The Ohio State University and additionally studied at Columbus College of Art & Design. He is Six Sigma certified.
During his downtime, Scott enjoys volunteering for the Clintonville Community Resources Center. He is also pursuing his goal to see all the greatest classic rock bands (and their original members!) perform live.
